Getting Started
SMM Mafia is an online marketplace that provides tools for publishing digital Campaigns, allocating individual Units to Participants, submitting evidence, moderation, messaging, and account-based payments.
A Customer creates and funds Campaigns. A Participant chooses an available Campaign Unit, follows the published instructions, and submits evidence for review. One account should use the role selected during registration.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to accept the Terms of Service, and provide accurate account information. Duplicate or deceptive accounts are not permitted.
Prices, Campaign totals, balances, rewards, and withdrawals on the US site are displayed in U.S. dollars unless a payment provider clearly states otherwise.
For Customers
Choose the closest category, add a clear title, instructions, a public link, quantity, price per Unit, and the evidence required for review. Check the final USD total before submitting the Campaign.
Use short, neutral, verifiable steps. Explain exactly what action is needed, where it should be completed, and what screenshot or other evidence must be submitted. Do not request passwords, fabricated identities, or prohibited activity.
Moderation checks whether the category, link, instructions, price, and evidence requirements are understandable and compatible with Platform rules. An administrator may request corrections before publication.
No. The Platform provides publication, allocation, moderation, messaging, and technical tools. Availability of eligible Participants and decisions made by third-party services can affect timing and outcomes.
Contact support or use the controls available in your account. Units already accepted or completed may require individual review, and earned Platform service fees may be non-refundable under the Terms of Service.
For Participants
Open an active Campaign, review the instructions and displayed reward, then accept one available Unit. A chat is created when required so you can submit evidence and communicate about that Unit.
The exact reward stored for that Unit is shown before you accept it. Very small rewards may use several decimal places, so the interface can display values below one cent without rounding them to zero.
Submit the evidence requested in the Campaign instructions. It should clearly show that the correct action was completed and must not expose passwords, full payment credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information.
A moderator reviews the submission against the published instructions. The Unit may be approved, returned for clarification where available, rejected, or closed with a partial reward when the applicable workflow permits it.
No. A rejected Unit may return to the available pool, but the Participant whose submission was rejected cannot accept that same Unit again.
Payments and Withdrawals
Open the deposit page and select one of the currently supported methods. The available form, limits, processing instructions, and any provider fees are displayed before payment.
The total is calculated from the price per Unit, quantity, and the applicable Platform service fee shown during Campaign creation. Review the final total before confirmation.
The Platform uses the exact reward saved for the accepted Unit. Approval credits that stored amount to the Participant’s balance; it should not be recalculated from a rounded display value.
When your available balance meets the minimum shown in your account, open the withdrawal page, choose a supported method such as PayPal, enter the requested details, and submit the request for review.
Processing may be delayed by provider checks, weekends, incorrect payment details, identity verification, fraud review, chargebacks, or a Platform account investigation. Check your account status and messages before contacting support.
