1.1. This Privacy Policy applies to the Smm Mafia website, user accounts, Campaign tools, messaging, support, payments, withdrawals, and other Platform features.

1.2. The Platform is operated by MARKET LINK LLC, registration number 303671-3301-000, registered at 62 Kievskaya Street, Sverdlov District, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic (the “Operator,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1.3. This Policy applies to Customers, Participants, visitors, and other individuals who interact with the Platform.

1.4. Third-party websites, social networks, payment providers, and services linked from the Platform have their own privacy practices. We do not control their policies.

2. Information We Collect

2.1. Information you provide

• Account information, such as your name, email address, password hash, role, and profile details.
• Campaign information, including titles, instructions, links, quantities, budgets, and submitted evidence.
• Communications sent through Platform chats, support requests, feedback, and reviews.
• Payment and withdrawal details needed to process a transaction, including PayPal or other supported payment identifiers.
• Identity, tax, or verification information when reasonably required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or payment-provider requirements.

2.2. Information collected automatically

• IP address, device type, browser, operating system, language, and approximate location derived from an IP address.
• Access dates and times, referring pages, pages viewed, clicks, session activity, and error logs.

• publish and administer Campaigns, allocate Units, review evidence, and provide messaging;
• process deposits, balances, rewards, refunds, and withdrawal requests;
• provide customer support and respond to questions, disputes, and complaints;
• detect spam, bots, duplicate accounts, fraud, abuse, and violations of Platform rules;
• analyze performance, troubleshoot errors, maintain infrastructure, and improve Platform features;
• send service messages, security alerts, and account notices;

• comply with applicable law, enforce agreements, and protect users, the Operator, and third parties.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Depending on your location and the context, we process personal information because it is necessary to perform our agreement with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests, protect vital interests, establish or defend legal claims, or because you have provided consent.

Our legitimate interests may include securing accounts, preventing fraud, operating and improving the Platform, supporting users, and protecting the integrity of Campaign and payment workflows.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

5.1. We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for sign-in, session continuity, security, fraud prevention, preferences, and core Platform functionality.

The Operator and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Privacy laws may differ between jurisdictions. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, organizational, or technical safeguards for cross-border transfers.

By using the Platform, you understand that information may be processed in the Kyrgyz Republic, the United States, and other locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable law.

8.1. We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, maintain transaction and Campaign records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations.

8.3. When information is no longer required, we delete, anonymize, or isolate it where reasonably practicable.
